Cancellations: 

     Gleam Team requires a 24 Hour notice of cancellation! However, if you aren't able to give us a 24 hour notice the cancellation fee is $100. Gleam Team absolutely dreads even enforcing a cancellation fee but the Gleam Team members should have an adequate notice of cancellation.

Quote Process

At the time of your quote, Gleam Team LLC will arrive at your location and do a thorough inspection of areas such as your whitework (trims and baseboards), inspect the conditions of your bathrooms and kitchen, inspect the level of cleaning as well as get an in depth must have and what you specifically want for your Gleam Magic! We are dedicated to making sure when we leave your home or office after EVERY clean, you fall in love with your space again! We want to tailor every clean to your expectations! 

Once we have provided you with a quote, we will schedule a Gleam Magic Day with you! We will verify your appointment the day before and BE READY TO GLEAM YOUR SPACE TOP TO BOTTOM!!

Laundry Services Information:

ALL LAUNDRY SERVICES WILL BE QUOTED AND PRICE WILL BE GIVEN BEFORE RETREIVING THE CLOTHES! JUST CALL 336-459-8390 TO SCHEDULE YOUR QUOTE & PICK-UP NOW!! 

  • For Everyday Laundry of Clothing our prices start at $22 per load of Pretreating (if needed), Washing (High Quality Laundry Detergent in Scented, Gentle and Unscented Options Available) Dry (Follows Guidelines for Each Piece of Clothing to Hang Dry, Machine Dry on Specified Temp. Or Steam Clean), & Fold (undergarments & socks will be placed in a clean bag for you, we do not fold personal clothing items or match socks)
  • Sheets & Comforters start at $26 per load due to the weight difference after the water is released into the linens
  • Delicate & Fragile Items start at $20 per item. These are items that are very sentimental or may have some loose ends or areas that require full hand washing and gentle removal of any dirt. 
  • Towels and Washcloths start at $25 per load. These linens require deodorizing and sanitizing in the wash cycle of this process! To remove those frustrating mildew smells and to bring fresh clean towels to you after showers!
  • Shoes- will have to be inspected and quoted before any possible quote is given.
